How To Light & Clean The Grill Before Each Use, Complete The Checklist Below: 1. Make Sure All Burner Control Knobs Are Off Then Open The Grill And Turn On The Gas Bottle Below The Grill. 2. Push In And Hold The Control Knob In For 2 - 5 Seconds, Allowing The Igniter To Heat Up While In The Off Position. 3. While Pushed In Turn The Knob To The Lite Position. 4. After Ignition Set The Knob To The Desired Setting. When Done Cooking Turn The Grill And Exhaust On High For 10 Minutes With Cover Closed To Help Clean Grill Then Use Grill Tool To Finish Cleaning. Then Shut Off All Knobs And Turn Off The Gas Bottle. Cover When Cool.
