AFTER IGNITION SET THE KNOB TO THE DESIRED SETTING. WHEN DONE COOKING TURN THE GRILL AND EXHAUST ON HIGH FOR 10 MINUTES WITH COVER CLOSED TO HELP CLEAN GRILL THEN USE GRILL TOOL TO FINISH CLEANING. THEN SHUT OFF ALL KNOBS AND TURN OFF THE GAS BOTTLE. COVER WHEN COOL.
